Short-term let in central(ish) home Brighton

Short-term (one to three month) let in a central house in Brighton. Would also consider a Mon-Fri let. Female only please. No couples.

Could suit someone on a short-term healthcare contract or maybe in-between homes. Or a short summer stay in Brighton.

On offer:

- a lovely large room (currently with a single bed and some other furniture). Storage space in the attic if needed.

- access to the garden, including a sunny patio area

- a home that is a 25-minute walk away from the Laines, Preston Park etc and with regular bus services close by. 10 min walk to London Road station.

- possible parking (this is a permit free zone but you may struggle to find a place in the evenings - permits may be introduced)

- council tax and energy bills included in the rent.

I am looking for someone who:

- likes cats (I have one friendly cat). May consider a dog owner if your dog is wonderfully housetrained

- is a non smoker (or possibly an occasional smoker who smokes in the garden only)

- likes a chilled, peaceful environment and is ok with no noise after 10pm

- works no more than 1 day from home
